Goods receipt errors and old purchase requisition still open need to be validated.

Goods Receipt Error:
This error is occurred due mismatch of EAN number which are assigned to the material before creation of purchase order and after creation of purchase order. While doing the goods receipt internally EAN numbers validation will be done. In our case EAN numbers which are currently in the material master are different from the EAN numbers which are allocated at the time of creation of purchase order.
To correct this error better option is manually change the EAN number in line with material master during goods receipt.

Issue with purchase requisition:
Understand that error is due to bug with the wrong updating of tables. Advised to run the correction report for purchase requisitions and re-ran of MRP.

Goods Receipt Error:
Completed the goods receipt by manually assigning the EAN numbers in line with material master.

Issue with purchase requisition:
Corrected the error by running the correction report and ran the MRP again. Since the STO is created and goods issue also completed for this requisition will not be available in /AFS/MD04. For this we can see the stock in transit.
